Brother pleads not guilty after discovery of sister’s mummified remains

A Kentucky man has pleaded not guilty to a felony after police say they found the mummified remains of his disabled sister in the trunk of his car.
Timothy Allen Brown, 30, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Scott County District Court to a charge of knowingly abusing or neglecting an adult.
