Muslim charity based in Texas convicted of financing terrorists

A Dallas jury has convicted a Muslim charity, based in north Texas, and five of its leaders of financing terrorism.
 
It was the second trial involving the men and the now defunct Richardson-based charity Holy Land Foundation.

Judge gives teenage noise offenders a taste of their own medicine

A judge in Colorado has found the perfect punishment to fit the crime.  Teenagers who break the noise ordinance in Fort Lupton are forced to listen to an hour of loud music, the music of Barry Manilow and Barney the purple dinosaur.

Couple serves McDonald’s with $3m lawsuit over nude photographs

An Arkansas couple is suing McDonald’s after nude photographs of the wife stored on the husband’s cell phone ended up on the Internet after he accidentally left the phone at the fast-food chain’s restaurant in Fayette, Arkansas.
