Pilot accused of soliciting 12-year-old Texas boy in explicit text messages

Italian group buys majority stake in New York landmark building

Italian real estate investor Sorgente Group has just bought a majority stake in New York’s landmark Flatiron Building and plans to turn it into a luxury hotel.
