A witness testified today that he saw Amanda Knox and her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito close to her house on the night British student Meredith Kercher was killed.
Homeless Antonio Curatolo, 52, said a couple he had seen “chatting animatedly” on a basketball court were Meredith’s alleged murderers, American student Knox and Italian Sollecito.

Red River level holds steady and brings optimism to Fargo

The Red River in Fargo, North Dakota, could have peaked, according to the latest forecast by the National Weather Service.
The river may already have reached its peak level, said spokesman Mike Hudson.
Around midnight, the level of the river was 40.82 feet but by 8:00 this morning it had dropped to 40.69 feet.
