Police officers cleared of any crime in flushing fetus down toilet

Five Arizona police officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing after flushing a stillborn fetus down a toilet in a motel room.

Garden gnome’s Nazi salute lands artist and gallery owner in trouble

A garden gnome with its right arm raised in a Nazi salute has sparked an investigation by prosecutors after it was displayed in an art gallery window in the German city of Nuremberg.

Man suspected of killing his wife aboard cruise ship

A Los Angeles man has been arrested today on suspicion of killing his wife during a cruise to Mexico.
The FBI says Robert McGill is being held in connection with the death of his wife, Shirley, aboard the Carnival Elation. McGill is believed to be in his fifties.

Shootout leaves five police wounded and two suspects dead

A shootout this morning left five New Jersey police officers wounded – two of them critically – and two robbery suspects dead.
The incident began around 5:00 in an area of Jersey City known for drug trafficking.
