Noisy lovemaking woman arrested for breaching court order

By Calvin Palmer

The Northeast woman banned from making excessive noise after loud sex sessions with her husband landed her in court has been arrested after breaking the ban.

A week ago Sunderland magistrates issued Caroline Cartwright with a four-year anti-social behavior order after she was convicted of five breaches of a noise abatement order.

Cartwright, 48, of Concord, Washington, Tyne & Wear, was also fined a total of £515 ($758).

Neighbors had complained about Cartwright’s screaming during sex with her husband Steve.

The local council’s environmental health department placed recording equipment in the apartment next door and the tapes were played in court.

Cartwright  could now face up to five years in prison when she appears at Houghton Magistrates on Monday.

The couple are due to celebrate their Silver Wedding Anniversary next month.

“Hours”… of “noisy sex, nearly every night?” Sounds like a perfect opportunity for her and her husband of 25 years to publish a how-to sex book for married couples. It would sell like gangbusters, especially with all this free publicity.
